About Me
This is Me & These are My Specialities
My name is Shaukat Sindhu. I was born in Sahiwal, Pakistan, grew up in Faisalabad, and came to the United States in 1982 with a dream and the determination to build something real.
I started from scratch. I studied Hotel and Restaurant Management at Pima Community College in Tucson, then made my way to Chicago and worked my way up through the hotel industry — from Food & Beverage Director at the Hyde Park Hilton to General Manager and Regional Manager of a hotel ownership group. In 1991, I founded National Hospitality Management Company, and in 1992 I purchased a Holiday Inn in Mt. Prospect, Illinois — becoming one of the youngest self-made Holiday Inn owners in the world at the time.
That chapter taught me everything about running a business: how to lead people, how to serve others, and how to stay steady when things get hard.
Over time, I transitioned into commercial real estate. Today I serve as CEO and Managing Director of SADA Capital Partners LLC, a real estate holdings and management company with a portfolio of commercial properties across the Chicago western suburbs and Fort Worth, Texas.
More than four decades after arriving in this country, I’m still building — still learning, still growing. This website is a reflection of that journey.
